• Prepaid orders are delivered across India, even covering small villages, towns, districts & major cities.
  • Usually is takes 3-5 business days to deliver in major cities, 6 business days to districts, 7-9 days to small backward areas & in north east states.
  • In case of cancellation, refunds will be initiated according to the Cancellation Policy.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched and it will take about 2-9 additional days for it to reach you depending on your proximity to our dispatch location.
  • Normally for orders placed before 11AM on a business day, we aim to ship it on the same day, provided that the card security checks are complete, payment is received and the stock availability is confirmed.
  • During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
  • The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, and rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
  • In case the product is "out of stock" , your order will be put on hold & you will be notified by us , you will see a cancellation button for "On Hold" orders. Afterwards, it’s completely upon the buyer to request for refunds or wait till the items get available.

Undeliverable Courier Return Policy

we aim to ensure successful delivery of all orders. However, if a package is deemed undeliverable and returned to us, the following policy will apply:

Reasons for Undeliverable Shipments

A shipment may be classified as undeliverable due to:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  2. Recipient unavailable to accept the delivery after multiple attempts.
  3. Refusal to accept the package.

Return Process

  • If the courier marks a shipment as undeliverable, it will be returned to our facility (Return-to-Origin or RTO).
  • Upon receipt of the returned package, we will notify the customer via email or phone.

Charges and Refund Policy

  • RTO and Re-shipment Charges: Customers will be charged for both the original shipping cost and the Return-to-Origin (RTO) fee incurred.
  • Refund: If re-shipment is not requested, the remaining amount, after deducting the original shipping and RTO fees, will be refunded once the product is received back at our facility.

Exclusions

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Shipping and RTO charges are non-refundable

Re-shipment Option

Customers can opt for re-delivery after verifying and updating their address. Re-shipment will only proceed after payment of the new shipping and RTO charges.
