Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
Order can be cancelled till the time it is not shipped.
You would see an option to ‘Cancel Order’ within ‘My Orders’ section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site then select the item or order you want to cancel.
In case you are unable to cancel the order from ‘My Orders’ section, you can Email us on website and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.
An order can not be cancelled after dispatch of the good/s.
In circumstances when customer want to cancel order after dispatch of item, shipping charges and return shipping charges with a total of would be deducted from refund amount.
Refund Policy
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their products/services and request a refund from us.
Refunds will be issued to the original source account provided at the time of purchase.
After the refund has been initiated, as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account with in 3-7 Business Days.
Returns Policy
Most of the time we settle each return request with suitable replacement at free of cost.
But in case where we find some misuse of return policy, we will ask customer to return original item, and we will refund full amount once we receive returned item.

Undeliverable Courier Return Policy
we aim to ensure successful delivery of all orders. However, if a package is deemed undeliverable and returned to us, the following policy will apply:
Reasons for Undeliverable Shipments
A shipment may be classified as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- Recipient unavailable to accept the delivery after multiple attempts.
- Refusal to accept the package.
Return Process
- If the courier marks a shipment as undeliverable, it will be returned to our facility (Return-to-Origin or RTO).
- Upon receipt of the returned package, we will notify the customer via email or phone.
Charges and Refund Policy
- RTO and Re-shipment Charges: Customers will be charged for both the original shipping cost and the Return-to-Origin (RTO) fee incurred.
- Refund: If re-shipment is not requested, the remaining amount, after deducting the original shipping and RTO fees, will be refunded once the product is received back at our facility.
Exclusions
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for refunds.
- Shipping and RTO charges are non-refundable
Re-shipment Option
Customers can opt for re-delivery after verifying and updating their address. Re-shipment will only proceed after payment of the new shipping and RTO charges.
